This blog is mainly a vehicle to track and share the progress of my homebrewing and to discuss things pertaining to craft beer.  I live in an apartment and the kitchen is nowhere near ideal for brewing.  I hope to give people ideas how to get around problems like these and give home brewing a go, regardless of the situation.
